Ingredients
Chicken breast tenderloins, water, salt, modified food starch, seasoning [flavors, maltodextrin, sugar, salt, vegetable stock (carrot, onion, celery), garlic powder], sodium phosphates, soy protein concentrate. BREADED WITH: Bleached wheat flour, water, wheat flour, salt, sugar, wheat gluten, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), dextrose, yellow corn flour, yeast extract, sugar, yeast, onion powder, extractives of paprika, annatto, and turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, spice, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, yellow corn flour. Breading set in vegetable oil.
Convection
Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. Convection Oven Preheat oven to 375°F. From frozen, place pieces in a single layer on a lined sheet pan on a wire rack. Heat for 13 1/2 - 14 1/2 minutes. For best performance hold on a sheet pan, uncovered, with a wire rack, above 135°F in a dry heat environment.
Deep Fry
Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. Deep Fry Preheat oil to 350°F. From frozen, place in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket. Cook the product for 5-6 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. For best performances hold product on a sheet pan, uncovered, with a wire rack, above 135°F in a dry heat environment.
